Buying in Dromolaxia

What purchase price is advertised?

Asking prices with modeled VAT where applicable. Fees, works and financing are extra. These are available asking prices, not achieved sale prices or valuations.

Member search covers the whole district. It is not restricted to this neighborhood.

Compare the housing mix

Each range covers the middle half of eligible asking prices in that group. Groups mix bedroom counts and sizes. New-build classification does not confirm completion or delivery.

Places to check on a visit

Up to three nearest mapped places per category within 5 km of the neighborhood reference point. Distances are straight-line, not travel times or distances from a particular home. Confirm access, opening and suitability yourself.

Reference point: 34.8981, 33.6212.

What changed in the adverts?

Observed 12 Sept 2026 to 12 Oct 2026. Counts refer to distinct adverts per event, not unique homes. One advert may appear in several counts. A withdrawal is not a confirmed sale.

Use this evidence carefully

Housing figures use active sale adverts seen within 30 days, euro prices, recorded areas of 12–2,500 m² and asking prices of €100–€50,000 per m². Linked adverts collapse to the lowest eligible VAT-adjusted ask; identity links may be wrong or incomplete. Advertised area membership is not a surveyed boundary. This is a sample of observed marketing, not complete market coverage.

VAT modeling uses 19% where the listing indicates an ex-VAT or new-build sale; explicit VAT-included wording takes precedence. It does not establish your tax liability. Ask about completion, title, actual fees and essential works before making an offer.
